Kursus Latihan Guru Perdana merangkumi empat komponen utama yang dirangka untuk memperkasa profesionalisme guru secara holistik iaitu Asas Pedagogi, Kemahiran Insaniah, Teknologi dan Digital serta Motivasi dan Sokongan. Komponen pertama, Asas Pedagogi, menekankan inovasi dalam bahan bantu mengajar dan pengenalan kepada penulisan kajian tindakan sebagai amalan reflektif. Komponen Kedua, Kemahiran Insaniah, memperkukuh nilai kemanusiaan, kepimpinan, empati dan kreativiti melalui pelbagai aktiviti interaktif. Komponen Ketiga, Teknologi Digital, membina kecekapan guru dalam menghasilkan bahan pembelajaran digital yang menarik dan relevan. Seterusnya, Komponen Keempat, Motivasi dan Sokongan, memberi penekanan kepada kesejahteraan emosi, kerjasama dan inspirasi melalui pendekatan positif dan kontemporari, menjadikan kursus ini sebagai platform penting dalam membentuk pendidik yang kompeten, berdaya tahan dan berinovatif.
SHORT TERM COURSES
KAFA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
The KAFA Teacher Training Course is structured into four main components that complement one another in strengthening the professionalism of KAFA teachers, namely Pedagogical Foundations, Soft Skills, Technology and Digital, and Motivation and Support. The first component, Basic Pedagogy, focuses on an introduction to the KAFA curriculum, appropriate pedagogical approaches, preparation of Daily Lesson Plans (RPH), development of teaching aids (BBM), classroom management, combined-class teaching methods, and mastery of Qur’anic learning techniques. The second component, Soft Skills, emphasises the formation of a murabbi’s character and the inculcation of noble values within teachers so that they serve as role models for students. The third component, Technology and Digital, equips teachers with basic ICT skills, including document management in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as proficiency in digital Jawi writing to enable more accessible and effective use. Finally, the fourth component, Motivation and Support, highlights career direction for KAFA teachers through the Ahdaf al-Hayah module, as well as the practice of proper etiquette in social interactions to strengthen professional values and personal character. Overall, this course is comprehensively designed to develop KAFA teachers who are knowledgeable, morally grounded, and competitive in educating future generations.
